Yoga’s yoke
Cultivate mind, body, soul

Shape shifting
Cats, cows, cobras

Downward facing dog
Alternate point of view

Puppy dog twist
Leverage pressure points

Bridge
Expand motion, ideas

Mountain
Create space

Corpse
Spawn alpha, theta

Life force whispers into motion
Awareness blooms
