Make your own personal revolution happen in 2021! This practical program is designed to create big shifts in your life through meditation, asana, journaling, and dietary awareness. You will access mental clarity, lightness of body, and illumination of spirit that come with whole-life health.
Our program is based on the book, 40 Days to Personal Revolution, written by our teacher and the founder of Baptiste Power Yoga, Baron Baptiste. Join us on this journey and work with these valuable tools:
• A consistent yoga practice
• An introduction to balanced, mindful eating
• Guidance to begin and deepen your meditation practice
• Excavation questions to uproot limiting beliefs and patterns
• A private Facebook group to keep you connected and motivated
• Practice six days a week with us online or in the studio
• Attend the weekly Zoom meetings
• Daily meditation
• Weekly journaling
Kate will lead online meetings via Zoom on Monday nights 7-8 pm, starting Monday, February 8th. We will meet for six weeks on Mondays and our final meeting will be Friday, March 19th, 7 pm. You will need a copy of 40 Days to Personal Revolution by Baron Baptiste.
**Registration does not include the book or yoga classes. You may use purchase or use any class package (online or in-studio) to fulfill the asana component of the program.**
